Japan possesses a large diverse culture, and the creation of a cultural center allows there to be a preservation of social and cultural history. The execution of the project reflects the cultural elements throughout with the use of typography, patterns, and colors. The development of the projected required meticulous research into the Japanese heritage and their beliefs. The outcome was the creation of a logo, site, brochure, banners, signage, an environmental display, and lastly a stationary system. The research that lead to the development of the Japanese Cultural Center is presented below.
