NOBU is a fine dining Japanese sushi restaurant who have locations all across the world from the US, to Europe, Mexico as well as the Middle East. The execution of the mark possesses the Japanese style which are presented by the Tome brush strokes which the Japanese are known for which creates the sushi roll structure. The final mark not only resembled sushi, but as well as the sea, giving the mark a refreshing appearance. Once the mark was established, applying it to different applications was necessary for the brand narrative and development.
